Otis Grove, the trio from Boston, is becoming known for “jazz to shake that azz to.” The group, which formed only a year ago, has been touring relentlessly and working on their debut CD. Otis Grove has just announced the launch of their new website www.otisgrove.net which has info on the band, tour dates, and downloadable mp3’s. In addition to the new website Otis Grove is pleased announce they will be sharing the stage with Melvin Sparks on 11/22/03. Melvin has been recording on Blue Note Records since the sixties and has inspired much of the music, out of which Otis Grove was born. They will be sharing the stage at the Colorado Brewery in Danbury, CT. After returning from this, the band will be headlining a show at Harper’s Ferry in Allston, MA on 12/3/03.
